El Hijo de la Cumbia is a pioneering electronic cumbia project from Argentina created by Emiliano Gomez known for fusing cumbia with reggae, dub, drum n’bass, among other genres.
For this special night in Malmö, El Hijo de la Cumbia comes back with a new band format, offering a psychedelic cumbia dub show. Perfect for both long-time cumbia fans and those discovering the genre for the first time.
Congona Cumbia Night is part of the program around the Musikbranschdag – Central & South America, organized by Musikcentrum Syd.
